One of Japan's most-loved street soul foods. Just sliced beef and onions simmered in Kizuna Stir-Fry sauce and water, over rice with an egg yolk.

Ingredients
- Sliced beef
- Onion, sliced
- Kizuna Stir-Fry sauce
- Water (same amount as the sauce)
- Rice
- 1 egg yolk
Method

Mix Kizuna Stir-Fry sauce and water, half and half.

Add the sliced beef and onion and simmer until the meat changes colour.

Serve over rice and top with an egg yolk.
